Active Choice - Rehabilitation Centre is a multidisciplinary clinic focusing on individualized programs in order to maximize patient care and recovery, as well as teaching each patient how to better optimize their own health.
If you are ready to enjoy better health, higher energy levels and overall physical wellness, then Active Choice is the right fit for you. Our programs are individualized to help people of all ages and fitness levels to attain overall well-being, strength, and conditioning.
Our goal at Active Choice is to help you help yourself. Dr. Dana and the rest of the team at Active Choice do not believe in a 'cookie cutter' approach to care. Everyone is different, thus everyone is going to require a different approach to their treatment program in order to optimize their response to treatment.
Utilizing a combination of both passive and active treatments, our focus at Active Choice is teaching our patients the skills they need to take an active roll in their own care and not solely rely on a health practitioner to 'get them better'. Dr. Selby is an evidence based practitioner who uses the most current evidence to assess and formulate customized treatment plans. By more specifically diagnosing a problem, or problems, Dr. Selby can provide more specific treatment options, which then can result in more specific and better responses to treatment.
Drop by anytime to see our facilities and learn more about our programs and services.
